Dover Ave Commmercial Building

This Dover Ave commercial building was big. With a mix of both lumber framing and steel structural work, this commercial framing project consisting of a prime, easily accessible, commercial space with multiple offices. The enormous shop space includes several, deep bays with tall ceilings and a large mezzanine with views of Lake Havasu.
