This Dover Ave custom home project turned out amazing. With a mix of both lumber and steel structural work, this custom, residential framing project consisting of a huge, 2 story home with beautiful lake views, has room to entertain the whole family. It also has an enormous oversized garage space consisting of a large mezzanine, multiple deep bays and tall ceilings. The overall size of the garage space, offers owners plenty of room for an RV, trailers, boats, or whatever else they may need room for. The 2nd story of the home provides stunning views of Lake Havasu and the surrounding community.
