New Multifamily Apartment Framing Project in Lake Havasu.
Our local framing crew is currently working on a new multifamily apartment building complex in Lake Havasu. This new apartment complex consists of 4 multifamily buildings providing a total of 64 individual units.
Located on Swanson Avenue in front of the old ASU Campus, this commercial framing, multifamily project is going to provide local residents with additional housing options within walking distance to Havasu’s amazing, downtown, main street district on McCulloch Blvd.
This is the first of 4 units we are framing. For this update we wanted to show you our framing progress as our crew was adding the final trusses. Big thanks to the excellent crane work by HCW Mobile Services in Havasu for handling the heavy lifting for us.
